Memorial Day weekend signals start of STAR season

The 16th annual State of Texas Angler's Rodeo opens at sunrise Saturday and runs through Labor Day weekend. The Coastal Conservation Association's STAR is the largest and richest fishing tournament in Texas, and this year's event reaches a new high.
